    Pros

One of the many great reasons for work with United airlines is the Loyalty with us fly benefits and health for a part time employee, there is no many companies out there offering that.

    Cons

United Airlines works 24/7 so we have different shifts some of those start 5am but in few weeks we adapt.

    Advice to Management

Every day management remember all employees about safety, we have a lots of training and please never coming late to work, our customers can't wait.

    Pros

United gave me the opportunity to learn about sales within the airline industry! They did not pressure me to hit any sort of sales goals, but gave me the tools necessary to succeed.

    Cons

There really weren't any cons. They gave me access to all the tools I needed and anyone was willing to answer my questions, all the way up to the Senior VP.

    Advice to Management

The old continental management is great! It is an interesting mix working with both sub United and sub Continental people working together because their corporate cultures were so different. My advice would be to stop saying sub United and sub Continental and to act as one company.

The airline business gets in your blood. The outlook for United is great for the long term.

    Cons

Still dealing with some integration issues following the merger. Some disenfranchised labor groups. Time and execution on the business plan should correct these.

    Advice to Management

    Keep implementing the plan.
