Details
Pros
good sba program, decent benefits, cheap health and dental insurance, good location. good profit sharing on originated sba loans. Easy on documentation requirements
Cons
promotions are mainly to those who are yes men, no tollerance for difference in opinion, unachievable deposit goals for retail department and non-risk based pricing on loans limits the market substantially
Advice to Senior Management
change the pricing on loans based on the underlying risk, given the size of the bank the management should promote a much more fiendly working environment.
