    Hostile Work Environment

Shift Leader (Former Employee) Cincinnati, OH

ProsThere is a good staff of people working and there is some flexibility in worker responsibilities. The workers are nice.

    Awful Management

    Clerk (Former Employee) Cincinnati, OH

ProsThis was my first job, so I learned new responsibilities. I met nice people, and I obtained enough experience to get a better job later on.

ConsGossip happened on a regular basis. You were talked about frequently. Many were two-faced. I've been written up several times over things I was not even involved with at all, and I ended up getting suspended. However, no one could obtain proof I committed a bad act.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop soaking in your bonuses when you didn't even help with keeping the store clean. Actually get off the chair and manage your employees.
