    Pros

    U.I.S.D. pays great and have many positions available.

    Cons

    There are still some very old school teachers.

    Advice to Management

    I would advice management to create more contemporary classrooms.

    Great Vacation days and holidays.

    Stressful job duties and students behave real bad if you dont implemenet good management.

    Fast-growing school district...Many positions are available...Start-pay is great!!!

    Personnel need to be proficient in Spanish to perform their duties effectively...
