Pros
Want to learn to work with people? This is a good way! It is all about people. But it must be balanced with the ability to engage, inspire and empower. There is no room for ego's.
Cons
Never enough hours in the day. The work can become demanding and strong disciplines and boundaries are needed to ensure burnout does not occur.
Advice to Senior Management
Continue to lead by example. Don't think you have all the answers. Sure God does - but you had better be a worshiper of God first, strong in prayer and a lover of people.
