    Pros

    Their are several good people here within my district. Continuing to grow which can open up opportunities for personal growth if wanted.

    Cons

    Too many layers of management. Some are fine while others are not on the same page as to what needs to happen within their own district. Can be difficult to move up if you do too good of a job at your current position. Some districts seem to have too many people looking out for themselves and their own agenda rather than working to build a good team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get the district managers more involved with their respective districts customers and employees. Work to build more of a supportive team. Look beyond the numbers and find a unified vision for your employees. Basically treat them the way you would want to be treated.

    Sometimes overwhelming and many nights taking work home with you but that's how things fall I guess

    Great Employee Benefit programs, First hand exposure to lots of equipment and tools and the industrial business involved in construction and industrial contractors.

    Cons

    Mediocre salaries, limited time given for available training programs, Management does not appreciate the efforts you put forth in your position as inside sales roles.

    Pros

    Learning platforms are unlimited>I loved learning about the protocols and the company gave me free reign on creating inventory<shop organization and full responsibility of getting my job done.
    Unfortunately their are only 40 hrs. a week given and much more is needed in a start-up situation.
    It was my dream job but unfortunately we had a novice of a branch manager.
