    Prosgreat program! built confidence and great leadership and interpersonal skills. Built connection and networked with people form all over the north eastern United States and beyond

    Consthis is a volunteer program and it takes a lot of time and effort. I had to learn how to balance school extracurricular sports after school programs and a leadership position in Civil Air Patrol

    ProsBenefits, travel, people. Great training, opportunities. Promotions are based on what you put in to it. If you study and stay out of trouble you should be good to go.

    ConsIt can take away from your family life. Especially with deployments. When you're not deployed, its easy for you to get caught up with the day to day and the next thing you know you're working later hours.
