I have been working at United States Air Force Auxiliary Civil Air Patrol full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Benefits, travel, people. Great training, opportunities. Promotions are based on what you put in to it. If you study and stay out of trouble you should be good to go.

    Cons

It can take away from your family life. Especially with deployments. When you're not deployed, its easy for you to get caught up with the day to day and the next thing you know you're working later hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure you're taking care of your people. They are the ones that keep this Air Force flying
