    Pros

    Flexible work schedule, great for any high school first job. You can start off at the age of 15.

    Cons

    Management can be frustrating. Locations nonly in texas and oklahoma. Rude customers can get under your skin and you cant say anything back to them.

    The people here are kind and it truly does feel like one big family.
    A great company to grow in as they promote from within.

    Cons

    Small company so not as many opportunities to move around in the support center but would be worth the wait!

    Pros

    So relaxed. Since United prides on customer service, you rarely get an angry customer. And employees are so nice and friendly. GREAT job if you're in school, they work with your schedule!

    None. I loved management and customers.

    They offer good pay.
    The management staff are good people to work with.
    The job offers challenges.

    Cons

    I really only have one complaint about United. Every once in awhile, you might be unable to get off if it is a truck night.

    Keep recognizing the hard work your employees put into there job and tell them how much you appreciate it. It makes a difference.

    Pros

    Great environment for a first job. Work around your schedule. Really teach you lessons that are applicable to all aspects of life (both professional and personal).

    Cons

    Starting off is hard and there is not much room for advancement. Tough work/life balance at times (especially busy on holidays).

    Listen to lower-level employees.
