    Pros

Wonderful people to work with, fun, warm and loyal.

    Cons

Its all or nothing! Time for family would be nice.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A little female perspective would take it to another level...

I have been working at United World Mission full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

United World Mission has a passion to encourage, equip and build leaders around the world for God Kingdom

    Cons

I haven't discovered any policy or programs which has discouraged our process in going to do field. Awesome organization.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please continue to be in tune with the Holy Spirit and HIS direction.

I worked at United World Mission full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

You get to be part of a ministry that has been sending missionaries to Latin America for close to a hundred years. A lot of vacation/ comp days/ holidays.

    Cons

Very patriarchal (and I am not a feminist by any means). During orientation, it is expected that you work sometimes 18 hour days.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

At this point, there is no advice to give. The recent president allowed the agency to be run into the ground and it has now merged with another agency.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
