    Pros

Work from home. Salary is ok

    Cons

The director does not listen to employees concerns. No work life balance. They will change your position from what you were hired to do, without your input, The managers don't seem to know what they are doing. The bonus and raise are jokes.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, the mentality of United healthcare has become, " do and don't ask why?" Reach out to your employees and talk to them, don't assume, communication is essential! don't get angry with your employees when they are feeling stressed and overwhelmed. Training for MLTSS was useless!
