    Pros

    - Niche sector (investment banking for impact investing) - Small team - Market leader in the sector - Located in Bangalore

    Cons

    - Poor team dynamics - Poor employee benefits - Senior Management detached from the team - Impact investing space is under stress due to the ongoing Microfinance crisis

    Advice to Management

Senior management needs to improve more effective role in Employee mentoring and grooming employees for larger roles. Senior management needs to be more aggressive in protecting mandates.
