    Pros

Great internship experience. Everyone is nice, and there is a lot of work that you can do. Company lunch every Wednesday, and you get to learn a lot of cool stuff that's going on in the recent developments of hardware.

    Cons

Nothing I can really think about. Maybe a little bit too much freedom. I feel like I could have done a lot more work done, but maybe they just don't have much experience with interns.

    Advice to Management

If you hire interns, you should have them work next to you, don't give them too much freedom to do whatever they want.

    Pros

    nice enough people, i guess

    Cons

culture of fear and paranoia, bullying environment, no teamwork so no one knows how to communicate & extremely low morale. lots of foul moods, no appreciation for anyone or anything (except $) and nothing was ever good enough. high turnover: either let go if they didn't like you or quit because of the conditions. lots of unhappy people who didn't want to be there

    Advice to Management

show your employees respect, learn to control your bad mood and offer incentives to want to stay

    Pros

Most people are friendly. Pay was competitive. Very casual dress code. Weekly company sponsored lunches.

    Cons

Very demanding work load. Loyalty not always there. Some managers talk behind peoples backs. Way too many meetings. Long hours for some departments.

    Advice to Management

Offer learning opportunities or training. Should not come out of employees' pockets!

    Pros

Working at UDC was for me putting in practice what I have learned in theory during my academic years. It was lesson learned and I am all set to be professional.

    Cons

It was little bit challenging working at UDC and studying there as sometimes I faced some situation where I had to make a decision not for the students best interest but for the institution. However I was able to overcome all these challenges by remaining professional.

    Advice to Management

The only advice I will share with the upper management is to be professional and remain focus on the job.

    Pros

Free Lunch Wednesdays Competitive Salaries Interesting Work

    Cons

Management will listen to hearsay No Written Job Duty procedures

    Advice to Management

Create procedures on job descriptions. Everyone tells you what to do a different way. Record one way and stick to it. Listen to your employees work environment and concerns.

    Pros

Building is decorated nicely. Good Location.

    Cons

    Very difficult environment. No teamwork.

    Advice to Management

Recognize your workers! Moral is everything - it is the foundation of the business. Without it you have complacency.
