“Not pleased”
Former Employee – worked at Universal Energy Group
Pros – You had the ability to deal with a wide array of people, very diverse and your peers were very supportive.
Cons – You were continuously stuck in a rat race showing management your capabilities, but never receiving the true compensation for your efforts.
Advice to Senior Management – Look for true leaders within the front-line for promotions before hiring new managers externally while providing false hope to the internal employees.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
