    Pros

Multiple professionals willing to work hard to assist you. A real team based culture. Lots of resources for educational training.

    Cons

Response can sometimes be a little on the slow side. If you are not vocal or persistent enough sometimes you will not receive the support you need.

    Advice to Management

Offer management training to all directors, and start identifying next group of leaders now. More communication on the positive things that happen at the company.

    Pros

I get my 40 hours straight. I only work 4 10-hour days. I do get medical insurance.

    Cons

The management is terrible. Very unorganized. Always trying to lower your pay. They take out 9.5% of my check for insurance and you are unable to cancel it even if you are on medicaid (me).

    Advice to Management

For the work we do, we deserve more. Getting threatened at a shopping mall for telling someone they can't park there was not covered in orientation!!!
