Upper Management has no clue how to run a company or treat employees, would rather have parties rather than may people more money.

Was hired in as a low level and promised management position within 6 months because of education and experience.

Also promised 2 raises in 6 months by the owner of the company in the interview and after 6 months I received no raise.

Surprise after 6 months no promotion and was only offered more low level low playing jobs within the company.

When I started with the company I wondered why almost no one in a company of over 100 people had been with the company longer than a couple years.

If you want to be under payed and made to do the work of several people and take directions of management who changes their minds on how to do things daily enjoy.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay people what they are worth and ask yourself why everyone in the company who has any real skills leaves. Focus on employee retention and not company growth because they are one in the same.
