    Pros

    Free insurance for driver and family,home every day and 3 shifts to chose from and there is no more pros

    Cons

    They treat drivers like crap,equipment is crap and your lucky to have ac.very fast paced and you work monday thru Saturday so no family life

    Advice to Management

    Treat your drivers with respect and maybe you will keep drivers and raise the pay.50 cent raise a year is horrible

    Nothing no growth all politics Drivers are ruling company CEO.

    Cons

    one of the main reason to not to work here is Company ceo. Upendar is dog of Kishore Despandey. Hakla sala.

    Advice to Management

    CEO Kishore Deshpande is stupid man. He only likes to work with drivers. He never value talented people. Upender Kumar nahak who even cant speak properly is manager Operations and one of the Rascals. He does not know anything.
