I worked at Universidad Javeriana part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

In la Javeriana you can create great relationships with people who are interested in the same area as you, you can acquire futura jobs references thar can help boost your professional carreer. The colleuges are friendly and willing to help you, you have benefits that come with working in the univeristy (vacatons, spring break)

    Cons

Sometimes the job could be very operative, you had to do the same thing over and over again, but on the other side, they were willing to innovate. However, the pay was not that good, but for a first working experience it was good.

    Pros

I believe Javeriana is a fantastic place to work for. When you are there around all those people usually friendly and kind in a place that beautiful you can easily dream to have a long professional career there. Without any doubt the best the university have to offer is the potential of the students characterized by strong values and solid academic backgrounds.

    Cons

The ugly aspects about working at Javeriana University are the bureaucracy at management levels and the low competitiveness of their salaries.

    Pros

The universidad javeriana is a very good place to work, the people who works there is very kind but at the same time are very efficient

    Cons

If you work as an investigator, the work depends on the availability of a project, so the job is very unstable

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think they would have more investigation projects because in that way the employees would have a more stable job.

    I worked at Universidad Javeriana

    Pros

Students are great, hardworking, interested and smart. This institution is very open to be a Jesuitic University and there is plenty of opportunity to contribute to develop it.

    Cons

There is a lot of burocracy. Communication between coworkers is not always direct, much less between different faculties working in similar projects.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a consultancy agency with people trained in business to restructure your organization. The message you will receive is an elaboration of this: less job posts and more efficiency.
