    Pros

Good work/life balance and training opportunities.

    Cons

    Politics, politics, politics...underutilization of talent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The office culture is very divisive and sketchy there are way too many "leaders" unqualified to be in their positions based on job description and criteria that were "buddied in" or present no threat because they are under qualified.

    Cons

Changes in management has now made it a stressful, difficult place to work. Mgmt live like kings, employees like peasants.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Share some of the wealth! Give employes a raise and stop huge salaries and bonuses to management - pay obscene.
