    Pros

Great environment that encourages research, excellent program and school overall. There is many opportunities for me to interact with my PI and everyone is friendly and are willing to help.

I worked at University of California Berkeley full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Interesting mix of professors, students, researchers. Coursework was challenging and required students and teachers to consider current events and future trends.

    Cons

As in any institution, there is a lot of bureaucracy involved in doing anything outside of protocol. The course management systems were disjointed and confusing at times. Lots of busy work grading.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give out GSI positions before the start of the semester.
