    Pros

Prestige, Integrity, Autonomy and most of all the opportunity to get your work published with some of the industry experts.

    Cons

Too large of a University, small fish in a big pond, disgruntled co workers, small salaries and practically no dedicated workspace.

    Advice to Management

A word of advice would be to invest in employee resources, benefits, competitive salaries on par with world class universities as well as managerial trainings for supervisors.
