    Advice to Management

Please talk to the deans and allot some funds towards the tuition fees!

    Pros

    1. The cost of living in Cincinnati is really unbelievably great, without compromising a lot of big city element.
    2. People around are very warm and friendly
    3. President Ono is doing a great job in vitalizing the campus and overall UC scientific environment

    Cons

    1. Located in a relative unsafe neighborhood
    2. Relatively unstable in the management and department assembly, esp in the medical campus
    3. Shows signs of aging in most of the departments engaged in basic science

    Advice to Management

I hope president Ono keep his great works. Re-prioritize the basic science as UC was really strong in these areas in the past, which should not be left falling.
