It is a median sized city with plenty activities. University campus is beautiful. Cost of living is morderate compared to some other similar sized US cities. People at UC are so nice and you can learn a lot.

Location of University of Cincinnati is not that premier. Sometimes it is hard to get easy connections with other peer researchers.

    Advice to Management

Overall it is a well developed metro-area University with improved nationwide reputation. It is maybe need to recruite some more younger professionals.

    Pros

A work environment it was quick and easy to pick up some extra cash either as a Graduate Assistant or through a work study.

    Cons

Don't expect to get a decent education here -- because you won't. The faculty is much more concerned with its own research (because that's where the $$$ is) than helping students.
