I worked at University of Cincinnati part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Steady paycheck, minimal responsibilities, stable hours.

    Cons

    No challenge, no growth opportunities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Active recruitment would help you avoid deadbeat employees. Try the business college IT tracks rather than the IT group on your side of campus

I have been working at University of Cincinnati part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The University of Cincinnati Libraries has competent, knowledgeable, friendly staff members most of whom are great managers and great teachers. I was never asked to do anything they themselves wouldn't do. Stress levels were low. Staff members carried their weight from top-to-bottom. Everyone was friendly.

    Cons

Perhaps my only complaint could be that I could not get enough hours; however, beyond that, I would have loved to have worked here full-time, and still be working here.
