    Pros

I was able to interact with a lot of students and faculty. I often helped them get on track to reach their fitness goals or answered any basic questions they had for me.

    Cons

We were not asked to do any specific tasks besides clean off the equipment while there were countless other duties that could have been completed.

    Advice to Management

I would advise them to hire students that would be assigned to personal job functions instead of everyone having the broad title of Fitness Center Employee.

    Pros

Great environment to work in in a great setting, many opportunities available especially for part-time student involvement, great location and is located nearby many major cities

    Cons

Sometimes the time management system was a little difficult to use, so that use some adjustment. Sometimes HR was a little difficult to get a hold of.

    Advice to Management

Maybe create a more streamlined system for contact. Sometimes when I would try to contact I would not get an answer, so perhaps a new online method could help. Otherwise great experience.

    Pros

Although there was a recent increase in the cost of benefits, overall the university provides great benefits between health, education, and free use of the gym. The overall climate of the university is a friendly one, with many opportunities to take on responsibilities outside of your department and to connect with others.

    Cons

This could vary on department, but at times it seems there is very little transparency from the administration. One area of UD I am also not impressed with is how they handle diversity, specifically with various races. A lot more can be done from the administration to develop a more inclusive community for non-white students.

    Pros

For the most part it is a professional environment. Smart faculty, and amicable staff. I would not say friendly though. Excellent education, and they actually pay master's students.

    Cons

I liked working as a research assistant at UD, however it was hard live on what we were paid. Especially since they require that we pay student fees an such. Also, faculty some faculty seem clueless as to how to treat alleged "minorities". It's best to chalk it up as inexperience with diverse populations (another thing UD needs to work on, not necessarily import a bunch of international people and leave them in their own groups)...
