I have been working at University of Florida part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Really good environment and wonderful relationship between colleagues. Don't have too much burden while working here. Employees are from all over the world, so you can acquire different working and life experience from them.

    Cons

The project is quite cutting edge one. Which leave almost no former experience to take a reference. And people here want to try their best to work.

I have been working at University of Florida full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Large support base at university.
Small, cheap city is very accommodating to grad student stipend.
Great access to hospital for collaborations on medical research projects.

    Cons

Being far from large cities makes industry partners hard to find. Lots of undergrads can get annoying if you're looking for a more 'adult' lifestyle.
