    Pros

Rewarding and stimulating environment if you take initiative to be involved and contribute to the success of the students.

    Cons

The pay rate, cost for parking to work, no flex scheduling, and benefits (expensive parking) should really be improved to maintain employee longevity and morale to create a better work/life balance.

    Advice to Management

Adjust or flex schedules during the week to accommodate employees when they are required to work Saturdays.

    Pros

Great place to work with great people all around. Great goals for the University as a whole and a place that tries to look out for its own. Great opportunities for growth for those with the talent who are recognized. Many of these are dependent on where you work. In many areas, these opportunities aren't available but that's all dependent on where you work and where I work this is all accurate.

    Cons

In a previous position, I didn't have really any of the great opportunities that I have now. In my prior position, I was working crazy hours for significantly less pay than what others in my same office were getting. Overall pay can be a little low for mid level management.
