    Pros

-Great co-workers, everyone is guaranteed to be sociable
-Good pay (part-time), starting rate is at $10.00/hour
-Teaches you invaluable communication skills. By far the best part-time job on campus in terms of learning

    Cons

    -Very strict on scheduling
    -Monotonous work

    Advice to Management

While the efforts to create a tight "social" setting are very noticeable, it ultimately falls through. The dull work environment after a month of employment, the iron-grip rigidity on scheduling ultimately results in an alarming 5-month turn-over rate of 50% for SDRs.

    Pros

Great work environment with friendly coworkers and staff, excellent networking opportunities, ideal for building and maintaining relationships, fun work environment, and good skills applicable to many other aspects of life.

Less than ideal calling hours make for unpleasant calls with alumni at times, start up positions have bad calling pools which makes it hard to meet goals.

    Advice to Management

Avoid calling alumni and friends on Sunday - especially Sunday evenings
