Pros – Small project groups working on cancer, Alzheimer's, etc. Quite work place, with ample scope to overlap in multiple projects. Especially good when one has a career change in mind to core cellular and molecular biology techniques and biomedical sciences research.
Cons – Pretty isolated location. Very limited opportunities in bio-related jobs in the neighborhood. Also, employee tuition benefits though applicable, but might be hard to avail as not many courses would be available in that small setup.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
Pros – Located near my home.
Cons – Completely unprofessional management at the HIAC AIDS clinic. Inappropriate boundaries between the management staff, and the clients. The MOST inappropriate standards that I have EVER experienced in a work environment. Unethical regarding compliance with the state standards for the program.
Advice to Senior Management – Start over, with a new professionally trained management team.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
