    Pros

Health Care benefits cover most everything as long as you go to UIC Health.

    Cons

Support staff for HR to ensure appropriate pay at the start of each semester was poor, but they would fix pay in a couple months

    Advice to Management

Fix the way the payment is processed so that grad students get paid on time.

    Pros

You can work whenever you want on projects. The problem is that the professor may or may not be competent enough to actually land you a job afterwards.

    Cons

I have no idea how you would get hired from this place after being a "Research Assistant" but you better get an offer letter from a company before you graduate because no one else will help you.

    Advice to Management

Lower tuition. Make RA / TA/ Research Assistants have free tuition. Stop all of the bureaucracy that is in the system. Stop hiring administration and start hiring teachers that can make a difference. Also hire someone to actually do the things you want to do.
