Most supportive place for junior faculty

    House Staff (Current Employee)
    Iowa City, IA

ProsDown to earth and incredibly smart staff

ConsLocation is not best if interested in big city life

Advice to Senior ManagementThis place is what it is thanks to past visionaries who allowed the best and brightest junior faculty to grow and learn from mistakes. You can't find this kind of support in most other places, and in the long run this just makes us better and more competitive. Don't ruin this!
