    Pros

The teams were relatively successful when I was there. It was a good place to get experience, but was just a pits stop in my professional career. A majority of the staff are from the area, however, so it is not a pit stop for them and they truly care about the well-being.

    Cons

My boss was very incompetent. The athletic director was very stingy with money and wouldn't promote people, despite their exemplary performance and commitment to excellence. The coaches I dealt with were not very accommodating, and could be downright rude.

    Advice to Management

Cut some of the staff members who do nothing and promote the staff members who pick up their slack. They deserve it.

    Pros

this is a good place to work. nice people, decent distance from the center of the city. very good experience.

    Cons

I see a lot of office politics, a lot of latter climbers a lot of red tape to get anything done. A lot of people with a lot of excuses.

    Pros

Great experience working with Professors in my major. I truly feel that I am getting qualified to go directly into any job after graduating

    Cons

It is not often that I get paid a month late. Payroll only works once a month and if the forms are turned in late, the pay for that month gets push back a month.

    Advice to Management

Getting paid twice a month and submit hours online (instead of only once a month)
