    Pros

Great opportunity to work with fantastic student-athletes from all around the country and the world. Monroe is small, but still has 2 Walmarts. Duck Dynasty. Nice people. Lots of driving to get around in the Sun Belt.

    Cons

Whether it's paycuts, historical lack of funds, or a conscious decision, the pay is low. Cost of living is low, but the pay more than compensates for it.

    Advice to Management

Longevity and stability are only possible if the university can pay a competitive wage.
