I worked at University of Massachusetts as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Excellent opportunity for students trying to get their foot in the door!

    Cons

Unpaid (or really, the pay is course credit) assistantship

    Advice to Management

I'd say pay the research assistants, but at an undergraduate level, what do you really expect? It is at least for course credit.

I worked at University of Massachusetts (Less than a year)

    Pros

I was working part time as a food assistant. Great people to work with. Plenty of opportunities to learn and work on different tasks to prove oneself.

    Cons

Opportunities to advance are not obvious but then again I was a part time employee.
