I worked at University of Massachusetts

    Pros

Honestly nothing, I did more in that office then 5 upper staff members combined

    Cons

Horribly organized, bad union staff workers, injustice, political game and full of liars who only want people on their side

I worked at University of Massachusetts as an intern (more than an year)

    Pros

The school is investing very heavily in infrastructure, which should pay off dividends in the long term and should attract more talent to the institution.

    Cons

There nearly zero focus on investing in the students themselves, student activities are put on a back burner and given a minimal budget, and several obstacles along the way.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Buildings are great, but students who succeed are even better. Get your priorities right.
