    Pros

Opportunity to pursue additional revenue streams due to schedule

    Cons

Compensation is less than what public K-12 school teachers are making with just an undergraduate degree. Our recent graduates (with BS or BBA) are earning more than what I'm making after 25 years teaching and have a doctorate.

    Advice to Management

Consider compensation of non-tenured track faculty

    Pros

Good tuition benefits, excellent work/life balance

    Cons

    No cons as of today

    Advice to Management

Consider promoting employee from within, system is broken, new policies do not help promote internal transferring.

    Pros

Friendly, very flexible, a lot of people love the school

    Cons

Too many use it as a stepping stone, need to invest in people who want to be there for the long-term

    Advice to Management

Invest in lifers, not the people who will come and go

    Pros

Benefits are good And It's a good environment depending On department.

    Cons

Not much room for growth unless you change departments. Also several cases where They have laid off propale that are good employees so not so much value for employees.

    Advice to Management

There are no promotion options unless you change departments. That is not a good approach to keep good employees. Also, when positions are postes sí aleatoria about who you know, not really what your qualifications are in the majority of the cases.

good benefits package, work/life balance, telecommuting

    Cons

less salary hike for lower level employees, financial mismanagement,

    Advice to Management

    Pros

    Tuition remission is great benefit

    Cons

Low salaries lack of promotion opportunities

    Advice to Management

Hire from within -- stop hiring from corporate sector to bring in fresh ideas --- those folks with fresh ideas will only last in university culture a couple of years and leave the "old" loyal employee you've overlooked --to do the work you initially hired the external candidate to do for you
