    Pros

I love working on campus and the atmosphere. Most people are pretty great to work with, but you always run into a few bad apples who hate their jobs and it shows.

    Cons

I can't complain about my manager, but I have heard some that micromanage to much.

    Advice to Management

Give your employees responsibilities and credit where credit is due.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

In general, the benefits are good.

    Cons

Hours are long but pay is below average. They say they are family friendly but only to upper management. Administration tends to lean towards faculty and students when designing policies or giving raises. It is apparent that staff are easily replaceable.

    Advice to Management

Remember that this is a small community and people talk. If you are moving older employees out, they may have family working here and you may lose some younger, highly educated employees.
