OU-Tulsa is a great place to work at any stage of your professional life

    Professional (Current Employee) Tulsa, OK

ProsOU-Tulsa is a great environment to work in. The benefit package is very generous, campus is very pretty and facilities are new and up to date, the main campus is in the center of Tulsa so it is an easy drive from anywhere (a large mall is across the street for lunchtime shopping and dining); other clinics are also convenient to everything. Free 24/7 fitness center on site. Lots of career growth opportunities and community spirited, service oriented environment.

ConsThis is a state employer so some salaries are not as high as the private sector, but the benefits and leave package are the best around.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue encouraging employees to grow professionally, share thoughts, and look at ways to reward employees without raises.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
