    Pros

Good life-work balance Responsive staff, you will always find someone who will care about your administrative problems Many medium and high scholarships available

    Cons

There aren't many good initiatives to stimulate networking and exchange of knowledge You will not always find the best professors The general level of undergrad students is poor

    Advice to Management

I suggest you select your students more carefully. The working hours for the administrative staff are too short to accommodate employees' needs.

    Pros

I worked as a graduate research assistant for one of the law professors while attending law school. The work was very interesting - assisting case law research work for a professor who was writing a book on a legal topic. The professor was helpful in providing directions and feedback.

    Cons

There is none. The work was very interesting, the schedule very flexible and the professor provided timely feedback and a lot of encouragement.

    Advice to Management

This is a great way to financially assisting law students while providing them interesting work and expanding their experience in the legal profession.
