    Pros

I love working for this organization! I have a flexible work schedule and the pay is fair.

    Cons

Can't be offline more than a day. This can be a problem if "life" happens. Sometimes scheduled classes get cancelled, but this has occurred less frequently over the past year.

I have been working at University of Phoenix as a contractor for more than 3 years

    Pros

I enjoy teaching at the University of Phoenix. It forces me to read, learn, evaluate and re-evaluate my educational abilities. Processes are constantly changing and it keeps me going and fresh. The staff at the local facility are very nice and productive for the most part. Teaching at the University of Phoenix is not for everyone, but I have enjoyed it!

    Cons
