I have been working at University of Regina

    Pros

The pay is very fair for graduate students and the faculty of grad studies generally makes sure you are taken care of.

    Cons

At this time I cannot think of any cons.

I have been working at University of Regina full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Great gym, benefits, pharmacy, drs office etc. It's great that most of the buildings connect and it's easy to navigate.

    Cons

The university of Regina has horrible, yet expensive parking. It would make sense for them to build a parkade due to the growing population.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

For the most part it's good. I think it could use more innovation and discussion amongst all levels. More indigenous integration throughout all programs should be a strong goal.

I worked at University of Regina part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

It was just a part time position. Get the chance to help other students, that's rewarding.

Typically traditional university. Bureaucracy. The job itself is not challenging.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Really not much to say when a university spend almost 50% money on administration.
