    Pros

    Supportive colleagues with real talent they are prepared to share in an open and encompassing way. Interdisciplinary cooperation to resolve leading challengesin my field

    Cons

    Funding is very difficult to obtain for graduate students and research assistants. Bureaucratic management at facilities level restricts flexibility in use of space and equipment.

    Pros

    Great staff to work with, supported with very knowledgeable supervisors. Had freedom to research effectively, very flexible on working hours.

    Cons

    A bit OTT on health and safety.They do everything by the book, or it is not done. A lot of stopping and starting, very slow to get things done. I would advise not to get frustrated, Just go with the flow..

    Keep doing what you are doing. very friendly, very approachable.
