    Time flexible, the environment is pretty good, have lots of young and creative minds around.

    The workload isn't too bad, you can finish most everything quickly.

    The offered Salary is great! It is a negotiated salary yet is fair market as well. You will not be disappointed

    Nepatizam is everywhere.... And they love that. It's all about SC pride. We look out for one another.

    Pros

    High paying salary compared to other SoCal University Hospitals. There's a room for career advancement and offers great benefit package for its employees ESP.full time position.

    Cons

    Parking is limited,we are provided but you have to wait for shuttle if you don't want to walk,sometimes I take the Metrolink and they offer Free shuttle for UPC and HSC campuses

    Pros

    Relatively well funded research university. Promotes lots of collaboration between other USC labs and allows for lots of intercampus collaborations with UCLA, UCSD, UCSF, etc.

    Cons

    Nothing specific to USC, graduate work is always tough.

    More free food.

    The building is nice and they are generous with providing lunch/snacks for part time workers

    - Good benefits (dining and housing)
    - Well-developed training
    - Close community
    - Great opportunity to develop interpersonal, professional, and leadership skills

    - Lack of transparency
    - Benefits are subject to change any time without notice
    - Employees are truly treated as "at will" employees (we are often reminded that we are "at will")
    - Dissociation between administration and staff
    - Sometimes utilizes fear to control employees

    Advice to Management

    Please communicate honestly and in a timely manner with employees and allow employees to provide input as well. Having ambiguous and mercurial policies undermines the integrity of the professional status of the organization. Please do not make employees feel like they are disposable any time and use more constructive ways to keep them accountable.
