I worked at University of Texas System full-time for more than 5 years

The benefit is OK. The UT Direct system is convenient and friendly. I can still use it even I left for a year. That is good so I can still get my information updated and get my W2.

The school management don't care the development of the young faculty. The pay is low. There is not much raise.
