    Pros

Great place to develop professionally and gain you skills to work in team. This position gives you skills that related to management. You supervise an average of 75 residents regarding housing paper work and organizing monthly meetings or programs. This position is very rewarding and also fun with the guidance of a dedicated management.

    Cons

Duty nights can consist of many hours per week and you don't get paid by the hour. Contract is only 9-months.

    Advice to Management

Management is really caring about their RAs, but it's always helpful to include RAs updated by including them in staff meetings at least once a month.

    Pros

As a post secondary institution that has made it to its 100 year anniversary UTEP is striving to become a 1 tier campus by reaching 100 million dollars in research programs. This university serves a majority of Hispanic students looking to move up in the fields of engineering and business.

    Cons

UTEP is such a large campus that the only downside I see is that walking from one part of the campus to the other will take you some time.

    Advice to Management

Hire young, energetic and talented individuals that want to move the organization forward.
