    Pros

The university has strong engineering faculties. Working here means it is likely to find well-known researchers to discuss and collaborate.

    Cons

So far I have been quite satisfied with the university. For me there are no real cons for the moment.

    Pros

This job provided a great opportunity to enhance my teaching skills while educating first year computer science students.

    Cons

At times it was challenging. There were days where you were unexpectedly required to stay late due to long lines of students asking questions.

    Advice to Management

Hire the correct amount of staff for the job

    Pros

The supervisors are smart and helpful. There are lots of useful resource to help finish the research. The workload is not very heavy but full of fun.

    Cons

The salary is really low in this university( compare to others). The faculty are trying to raise the base salary while the department finds every way to cut the payout

    Pros

The most I like about this job is the freedom of work and its scope. The salary is ok to sustain a family. Administrative overhead/interaction is minimal except for the time of contract renewal.

    Cons

The job is very demanding resulting into a poor work/life balance. Since it is a yearly contract job, there is a constant pressure for finding a more stable position.

    Pros

Great people in the Procurement Department. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. No politics at all from what I could tell. 9-5 job and i barely worked any overtime. Work - Life balance was great.

    Cons

I think the only con I would say that it was during the time of the economic issues and my role could not progress as much as it could. Which is rather unfortunate as I enjoyed my time there.

    Advice to Management

None required. I had a great manager and director.
