    Independent working environment, no micro-management. great work-life balance (family-oriented institution), great values, perfect to work on degree while working there.

    Pros

    The office environment is so welcoming and very outgoing that you will have fun every second being here! The staff is so nice and working with students is always a gift.

    Cons

    Sometimes the workload is not always full everyday, but its always good to help someone out if they need a project done as well!

    This school is nice, with great teachers, but the atmosphere is very crammed now that they accept almost all the students that apply

    Not very many student employment positions available

    Look ahead of time for a job, not when you get to school.

    Pros

    The perks are simple, if you are a student, they work with your schedule and try to do what is best for your academic achievement and progression for your future career.

    Cons

    Not very many cons. Working with other students sometimes tends to be a hassle especially when they act like children which would happen at UIW.

    The hours were good and so was the pay for still being in my undergrad.

    The students were a bit hard headed and had difficulties understanding the most basic math.

    Flexible hours, friendly managers, friendly students and people at the university met a lot of individuals within the short time I was there

    Cons

    small campus, within a month or so you will meet basically everyone on campus that will be there for your 4 or 5 years of college life

    free tuition for self (5 terms per year) and family - completely free!
    great staff, family environment

    Cons

    low pay is the only real con!
    using your vehicle for everything, but mileage is reimbursed

    actually management in my department is pretty good. I do see other departments with a major lack of management, however.
