I worked at University of the Ozarks
Pros – This was sometimes a very easy job because even if you asked for work they many times had none for you to do.
Cons – However, often times the "pro" meant that later on you would have an endless amount of work with an unreasonable deadline.
Advice to Senior Management – Be better communicators, make more plans in advance, think about how to inspire better employees in order to establish a more productive work place.

I have been working at University of the Ozarks
Pros – The students are great. Small classes provide better learning environment than in larger schools. Most of the faculty and staff are nice people and great to work with.
Cons – There are several bad apples in faculty/staff/administration that spoil the bunch. They will shake your hand, smile to your face, and stab you in the back.
Advice to Senior Management – Hurry up and leave already. Quit playing politics and actually do something to help the school instead of yourselves.
