    Pros

Food is good, customer always comes first to the management, good numbers of employees have good attitude toward their shifts to further give better experience for the guests.

    Cons

My training, personally wasn't very good. I had gotten trained in like a 10 minute span, simply got a rundown from another coworker. The next day he wasn't there when I worked so I had to figure out most of the knowledge I have now on my own or through management noticing that what I was doing wasn't correct on my job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some employees need more and better training. I would recommend the managers to get one-on-one with training for new comers to the company.

    Pros

The tips can be really great!

    Cons

The tips can be really horrible!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sexual harassment should never be an issue. The restaurant I worked at had a major issue with sexual harassment, human resources got involved. There were many employees who voiced their incidents with the manager that was the perpetrator and NOTHING was done. He continued to work there and we continued to work there. Awkward. They don't care about their employees. They just care about making money. I worked for the company for 10 years.

I have been working at Uno Restaurants part-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    Good managers
    Staff is friendly
    Food is yummy
    Good benefits.
    Lots of feedback.
    Lots of ongoing training.

    Cons

Not busy enough to make enough money
Not as clean as other restaurants I've worked in
Kitchen can never keep up with orders, always in the weeds
Menu is too big and changes monthly
Food is not fresh, a lot of it is frozen.
Way too many discounts and coupons. Not just $5 off, a lot of them take off 20% off the whole bill.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Restaurant is good, but they should not give us 3 table stations if the cooks can't keep up with it. My three table stations is almost always at least one table empty, while a wait is forced so the kitchen can catch up. The only time I ever make really decent money is when they are short staffed, so we end up taking too many tables and giving bad service. Frustrating.

I have been working at Uno Restaurants part-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The best part about working at Uno's was the fact that it was privately owned. Therefore, we weren't required to follow corporate standards which made the entire experience a lot more comfortable.

    Cons

The only downside to working at Uno's is that there hasn't been a lot of opportunity for growth.

    Pros

Felt very confident after my training, and once you proved you could handle large numbers, parties ect. They allowed you to work them.

    Cons

Management showed favoritism at times as well as scheduled too less of servers for certain days. Even with all that said still please atmosphere

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus less on your favorites n more on how to develope the under dogs better. Also step back and develope a strategy.. how can you as a leader make the days more efficient.
