Pros
Great benefits, great opportunities, great training.
Cons
Management overworks their employees and tests the limits of what they will pay for how much you will work. Goals are higher every year, but new rookies come in and take part of your territory, making it harder and harder to achieve those goals.
Advice to Senior Management
Focus on employee retention, don't flood the market with too many new rookies.
