Pros – Some of the best things of working in this brewery included great camaraderie and the shorty beers!
Cons – Life on the line can be difficult.
Advice to Senior Management – This place is great and I loved working there.

“Good people, frustrating management at times”
Current Employee – been working at Upland Brewing Company
Pros – Good environment where people care and treat everyone as family. Management has shifted recently and many employees are dissatisfied but still band together
Cons – Management does not take action to necessary issues quickly enough.Leadership is not assertive in taking on important or time sensitive issues
Advice to Senior Management – need middle managers that arent handcuffed by the inabilities or deficiencies of senior management. Need to make sure that those guys are empowered to do what they can to make things happen in the now
